Graduate Teaching Assistant in French and Francophone Studies
Originally from Hendersonville, TN, Houston earned his B.A. in French and World Business here at UT. He currently teaches 100- and 200-level French courses while completing his M.A. thesis, which is a translation from Middle French into Modern English. Houston prefers to focus on the linguistic side of languages rather than on the literary, and he enjoys studying grammar in both English and French. He hopes to further his education by studying Romance linguistics.
